City of Saint Paul STAR Grant

Through the St Paul Neighborhood STAR Program and the Ramsey County Critical Corridors Program, the Rice & Larpenteur Alliance is offering small grants ($1K - $10K) to businesses in the neighborhood for capital or permanent improvements that will positively impact the community and create or retain local jobs.
